Manzana Property Renting Services

Manzana offers all its keyholders inclusion onto the manzana renting website for an annual admin fee of 50 euros.
For any bookings we obtain for you we charge 12.5'% commision of the rental fee.

Included in this service we will collect the rental money and the security deposit from the renter, Then after any charges, forward the monies onto the owners Spanish bank account. We will then check the property after the renter has left and send the security deposit back to them if all is fine with the property.
