The private complex is gated with secure parking and surrounded by manicured private gardens and communal swimming pools.

The penthouse itself is furnished to an extremely high standard with satellite TV and DVD player as standard. A large fully fitted and well equipped kitchen will enable meals to be cooked in comfort, should you tire of the delightful culinary experiences that Ayamonte has to offer.

The apartment has a huge, and we mean huge, wraparound terrace offering 360 degree views of the golf course and unspoilt countryside across to Ayamonte and Isla Canela. The terrace boasts a large furnished pergola area and private Jacuzzi. This terrace is the perfect place to take time out and relax or enjoy al fresco eating whilst enjoying the breathtaking views in total privacy.

There are two swimming pools on site (one a baby pool) with changing rooms, showers and toilets. These are for the exclusive use of residents, particularly useful in high season if you want to escape the beaches. The pools are opened between Easter and the end of October (with a life guard in attendance between June and the end of September). For the younger members of your party there is a safe play area with swings and slides.

Ayamonte is a 5 Minute drive away. This is a typical Andalucian town, proud of its heritage and one that has not lost its traditions. Streets of whitewashed buildings that are home to tapas bars, cafes and restaurants; shops unique to the region that will cater for all needs. Do not expect a commercialized high street, this is true Spain.

Portugal's Algarve is located across the International Bridge and a short 15 minute drive away, or you could take the ferry from Ayamonte Harbour for a 10 minute crossing of the Guadiana River from where you will see the beautiful coastline of the Costa de la Luz down to Isla Canela, where the River Guadiana meets the sea. For those who want activities; horse riding, boat trips, wind surfing, fishing, paintballing, kite surfing and much more is available within short distances of the penthouse.

For golfers, the penthouse has 2 championship golf courses on its doorstep and a further 8 within short driving distance.

For beach lovers, there are several unspoilt blue flag beaches made of 30km of golden sand where children can play safely, sun worshipper's can get the perfect tan and from where the most stunning sunsets in Spain can be enjoyed.
