The apartment is set within a residential gated community; offering a peaceful and secure rental. There is reserved parking to the apartments and entry is via locked doors with entryphone. You will receive security keys on arrival.

With full air conditioning and heating this apartment is ideal for anytime of the year, offering comfortable accommodation whatever the weather.
Once in the apartment there is a good size hallway with a glazed door to the kitchen off to the right; the kitchen is modern with fully fitted units. A fridge, microwave, cermic hob and oven ensure self catering is easy. At the end of the kitchen is a further glazed door leading into the utility area.
From here louvred doors lead out onto the large terrace with views of the golf course, communal gardens and swimming pools (one for children).
To the left, off the hallyway, is a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
The lounge is an open area and is light, bright and airy, with french doors leading onto the terrace and, once again, having views of the golf, gardens and pools. The lounge is furnished with two two seater sofas and has a television with dvd player. This is a very nice room for unwinding at the end of a long but wonderful day on the golf course.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an ensuite with full bath and shower over, toilet, sink and bidet. The bedroom itself is spacious with a bank of fitted wardrobes and integral chest of drawers. French doors open onto a juliette balcony; again with views of the gardens and pools.
The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers, mirroring the master. This bedroom also has french doors with juliette balcony.
Costa Esuri has 2 championship 18 hole golf courses, nestling perfectly into this unspoilt area of Spain.
The Costa Esuri apartment is located on the banks of the Guadiana River, so close to the border with Portugal that you can see the connecting International Bridge. Only 15 minutes away from the apartment are 30 miles of wide white sandy beaches, and just 10 minutes from the traditional and picturesque town of Ayamonte.
Ayamonte is a bustling traditional Spanish town, with a marina and pretty squares to sit and watch the world go by or where you can take advantage of the host of shops, bars and restaurants located in the many winding and authentic streets.
A trip to the harbour in Ayamonte will take you to the ferry that also connects with Portugal, a 10 minute crossing that can be enjoyed whilst viewing the scenery of the coastline of Costa de la Luz.
