Our friendly family web site offers all its Key Holders inclusion on the Manzana Letting Website for an annual admin fee of 20€.

The only other cost will be a 10% commission of the rental fee for any bookings we obtain. Included in this service and for our key holders peace of mind we will check each property after the completion of a rental. If any major damage or breakages occur we will inform the owner and deduct the cost of repair from the hirers security deposit.
We offer a meet & greet service in office hours 9a.m – 5p.m. at a cost of 20€ (30€ outside these hours) and welcome packs to your guests starting at 25€. We offer a full cleaning and laundry service after each rental.

For rentals of longer than 7 days a change of linen is carried out at a charge of 9 Euros per person.

For those who are not key holders we can offer inclusion on our website for an annual fee of 150€ per annum, plus 10% commission on any bookings that we obtain. All you need to do is send us your photos with a full description of your property.
However if you would like Manzana to take your pictures and do a full detailed description of your property on to the web site there will be an addition charge of 80€

To enhance your rentals we offer for 230€ per annum to all clients the opportunity to be included on a major uk Holiday Lettings website. Which again we will manage for you for just the 10% commission on all bookings we obtain.

This will contain a full description of your home including its facilities inside and outside, and the maximum number of beds available (to include sofa beds), plus all tariff information and availability. We offer advertisers both key holders and non key holders the ability to add additional properties to our site. However each property must be on a separate advert page thus allowing exact statistics to be collected on all properties.
